Delete Your Account and Data

1. Open Roulette Ace on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open Profile.
4. Tap Delete account below About Roulette Ace.
5. Review the warning. Reauthenticate with email/password, Google, or Apple when requested.
6. Confirm permanent deletion.

The App will confirm success and sign out. If a connection or reauthentication step fails, no completed deletion is shown; reconnect and retry or use the support pathway below.

• your Roulette Ace Firebase Authentication account;
• your Roulette Ace name and synchronized profile/settings record;
• cloud casinos, tables, sessions, spins, predictions, and bankroll entries;
• synchronization records and other Roulette Ace data owned by the account;
• the account's owner-only Firebase Storage profile photo;
• the encrypted local database for that account on the current phone;
• the account's profile-photo cache on the current phone; and
• Sign in with Apple authorization for Roulette Ace, when applicable.

Account deletion is permanent. You may create a new account later, but deleted Roulette Ace records cannot be restored through the App.

In Profile, tap your profile photo and choose Remove photo. The App clears the account's cached photo from the current phone and requests deletion of its owner-only Firebase Storage copy. If you are offline, the cloud deletion is kept for retry. Other phones signed in to the same account remove their cached copy after the deletion reaches Firebase Storage and those phones next synchronize the profile-photo state successfully.

Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase receipts, subscription and entitlement history, and refund records under their own policies. These records support billing, purchase restoration, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Roulette Ace 1.0.2+21 does not offer a free trial.

Email us from the address associated with Roulette Ace, or from an address where you can receive our verification message. Include only:

• the email or Apple private-relay address shown for the account; and
• whether you signed in with Email, Google, or Apple.

Never send a password, authentication code, Firebase token, Apple key, or purchase receipt. We will verify ownership before deleting an account. We normally respond within 30 days and sooner when required by applicable law.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to help@codecraftsolutionsllc.com with the subject “Roulette Ace Account Deletion Request.”

• Delete Tracking Data: in Profile → Privacy & Data, delete casinos, tables, sessions, spins, predictions, and derived tracking results while keeping your sign-in account, name, profile photo, and App settings.
• Reset App: in Profile → Privacy & Data, delete the account's Roulette Ace Firestore data and Firebase Storage profile photo, clear the current phone's encrypted data, profile-photo cache, profile details, and App settings, then sign out while retaining the Firebase Authentication identity.
