Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Roulette Ace mobile application (the “App”) and the rouletteace.app website, operated by CodeCraft Solutions LLC (“CodeCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information is processed, why it is processed, where it is stored, and the controls available to you.

Roulette Ace is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is designed for iPhone and Android phones. It is not offered as an iPad or Android tablet application.

After confirming the age and legal notices, you must create or sign in to a Roulette Ace account before using protected App features. You may use email and password, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple.

• Firebase Authentication: processes your Firebase user ID, display name, email address, sign-in provider, email verification state, and authentication/security metadata.
• Google or Apple sign-in: provides the identity information you authorize. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, Apple may provide a private relay address instead of your personal email address.
• Required profile name: a non-empty name is saved to your Roulette Ace profile. A Google or Apple display name may be offered as a starting value, and you can edit it.

• Firebase Crashlytics: crash diagnostics are enabled by default. Reports may contain a pseudonymous installation identifier, device model, operating-system and App versions, stack traces, and error details. We do not intentionally attach your roulette tracking records to crash reports. You can turn future collection off in Profile → Privacy & Data → Share crash diagnostics.
• Firebase App Check: processes app and device integrity evidence using Apple App Attest on iPhone and Google Play Integrity on Android to help reject unauthorized or abusive clients.
• Security logs: Firebase and our service providers may process IP address, request timestamps, and technical metadata needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and prevent abuse of their services.

Roulette Ace 1.0.2+21 does not request, collect, infer, or transmit your device location and does not include online or nearby casino discovery. It does not use Google Places, OpenStreetMap, Wikimedia, or another remote service to find casinos or retrieve casino information or artwork.

Casino names, table details, notes, and related historical records in the App are entered by you and are handled as tracking data under Section 3. Updating the App does not remove those existing records; they remain until you delete the relevant tracking data, reset the App, or delete your account.

• Camera and photo library: used only when you choose to add or replace a profile photo. The selected image is cached on the phone and synchronized to its owner-only Firebase Storage path.
• Notifications and vibration: used for App alerts, feedback, and user-selected personalization. These permissions do not give us access to your contacts or messages.

You can change these permissions in your phone settings. Core spin entry and on-device analysis can work offline, but account sign-in, cloud synchronization, subscription purchases and restores, diagnostics, and integrity checks require network services.

Apple or Google processes payment. We do not receive your payment card or bank-account number. RevenueCat receives and processes the account-scoped App User ID, product identifiers, store receipts, entitlement status, and purchase history needed to sell, restore, and validate Premium access.

The intended U.S. subscription prices are $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Roulette Ace 1.0.2+21 does not offer a free trial. The store-confirmed price, taxes, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms shown before purchase control. Purchase and subscription history is not reset by reinstalling the App or deleting a Roulette Ace account.

• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Store, synchronize, restore, and resolve conflicts in your records.
• Provide your requested tracking, analysis, and personalization features.
• Verify Premium access, purchases, and restores.
• Diagnose crashes, maintain reliability, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not use roulette records to advertise to you or to make legal, employment, credit, insurance, housing, or similarly significant decisions about you.

We use the following categories of service providers:

• Google Firebase for Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics, and App Check. See the Firebase privacy information.
• Apple and Google for identity, app distribution, subscriptions, payment processing, and platform integrity.
• RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Vercel and Google Analytics for website hosting and consent-controlled website measurement. See our Cookie Policy.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or integrate an advertising SDK.

• Account and synchronized records: retained while needed to provide the App, until you delete the relevant data or account, or as otherwise required by law.
• Profile photo: local caches remain until the photo is replaced or removed, you reset the App or delete the account, or the App is removed from that phone, and may also be cleared when a phone synchronizes an authoritative cloud removal. The owner-only Firebase Storage copy remains until a replacement, photo removal, Reset App, or account deletion succeeds.
• Delete tracking data: use Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Tracking Data to delete casinos, tables, sessions, spins, predictions, and derived tracking results while keeping your sign-in account, name, profile photo, and App settings.
• Reset App: use Profile → Privacy & Data → Reset App to delete Roulette Ace's Firestore data and Firebase Storage profile photo, clear this phone's encrypted tracking data, profile-photo cache, profile settings, legal acceptance, and App preferences, then sign out while retaining the Firebase Authentication identity.
• Delete account: use Profile → Delete account to reauthenticate and delete the Firebase Authentication account, associated Roulette Ace Firestore records, owner-only Firebase Storage profile photo, and the account's encrypted local data and profile-photo cache from the current phone. Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked when applicable.
• Crash reports and security records: retained under the applicable provider's retention terms and as needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.

We use encrypted transport, access controls, owner-scoped Firestore and Firebase Storage rules, integrity checks, encrypted local storage, and managed-service security controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Firebase cloud records are hosted in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, data privacy frameworks, or standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal or complain to a regulator. Use the App's Profile, Account, and Privacy & Data controls for supported requests. You can also disable future crash diagnostics and revoke device permissions.

For a request that cannot be completed in the App, email help@codecraftsolutionsllc.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Roulette Ace is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or use the App. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide any additional notice required by law.
