Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Roulette Ace mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodeCraft Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Winchester, California, United States.

Roulette Ace is a statistical analysis and entertainment application that allows you to track roulette spin history and analyze patterns using statistical engines and AI models. The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Roulette Ace is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any casino, gambling establishment, or gaming operator. Casino names and tables you create within the App are stored locally on your device for your own organizational purposes only.

The App does not facilitate real-money gambling. No real money is wagered through the App. Statistical analysis and pattern detection provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only — they do not guarantee any gambling outcomes.

Roulette Ace offers two tiers of access:

• The current premium subscription price is $2.99 per month. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes, delivered via in-app notification and/or email (if provided). Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
• All billing is handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. CodeCraft Solutions LLC does not directly process or store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you retain premium access through that date.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use the App. We do not knowingly allow minors to use Roulette Ace.

Roulette Ace is a tracking and analysis tool — it does not encourage or facilitate gambling. However, we recognize that some users may use the App in connection with casino visits.

Gambling can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any portion of it.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our express written permission.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or subscription verification of the App.
• Represent to others that the App guarantees gambling outcomes, winnings, or results.
• Use the App in any jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.

The App, including its design, code, AI models, statistical engines, branding, and all content, is the exclusive intellectual property of CodeCraft Solutions LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights — you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Statistical analysis and pattern detection are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Roulette is a game of chance. Past spin patterns do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. Use of this App does not improve your odds of winning at any casino game.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODECRAFT SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes — including any changes to subscription pricing — will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
