Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CodeCraft Solutions LLC (“CodeCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using Roulette Ace (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use the App if you do not meet these requirements or do not agree to the Terms.

Roulette Ace lets you record roulette outcomes, organize casinos and tables, track optional bankroll information, and review statistical rankings and on-device bias-estimator analysis based on the records you enter. It does not accept bets, transfer gambling funds, or connect to a casino wagering system.

The mobile App is designed and supported for iPhone and Android phones only. iPads and Android tablets are not supported, even if a store or operating system permits installation.

Features that calculate statistical rankings or bias-estimator output can run locally. Account authentication, cloud synchronization, purchases, restores, diagnostics, and integrity checks require network services. Roulette Ace 1.0.2+21 does not request device location or provide online or nearby casino discovery.

• A Roulette Ace account is mandatory after you accept the age and legal notices. Supported methods are email/password, Google, and Apple.
• You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for confirming that you are signed in to the intended account before recording, restoring, purchasing, or deleting data.
• You may not share an account to evade subscription, integrity, or usage controls.

We may improve, replace, or retire features and may change reasonable free-plan limits. Any change affecting a paid subscription will be handled subject to applicable law and store rules.

• The intended U.S. subscription prices are $6.99 per month and $49.99 per year. The final localized price, currency, taxes, and billing terms are displayed by Apple or Google before you confirm a purchase and control if they differ.
• Roulette Ace 1.0.2+21 does not offer a free trial. If a future promotional offer is made available, its eligibility, duration, price, and renewal terms will be displayed by Apple or Google before you confirm the purchase.
• Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown by the store. Your store account is charged under Apple's or Google's subscription terms.
• Cancel before renewal through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Roulette Ace account does not cancel store billing. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation.
• Refunds, payment failures, tax, family sharing, promotional offers, and renewal notices are governed by the store through which you purchased. CodeCraft does not directly collect payment-card details.

The App keeps account-scoped records in an encrypted database on your phone and synchronizes supported records and profile settings through Firebase. Synchronization can be delayed, unavailable, or require conflict resolution. You should review important records and should not use Roulette Ace as the only repository for information you are legally or financially required to preserve.

If you select a profile photo, the App caches it in account-scoped storage on the phone and stores one owner-only copy in Firebase Storage so it can be restored on another supported phone signed in to the same account. Uploads, replacements, removals, and restoration can be delayed until a network connection is available. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-flow and retention details.

• Delete Tracking Data removes tracking data while keeping the sign-in identity, name, profile photo, and App settings.
• Reset App removes the account's Roulette Ace Firestore data and Firebase Storage profile photo, clears the current phone's App data, profile-photo cache, and settings, signs you out, and retains the Firebase Authentication identity.
• Delete account requires reauthentication and permanently removes the Roulette Ace Firebase account, associated Firestore records and Firebase Storage profile photo, and the account's local encrypted data and profile-photo cache from the current phone.

Store and RevenueCat purchase receipts, subscription history, and entitlement history may remain for billing, restoration, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. You must cancel an active subscription separately. Full instructions and support are available at rouletteace.app/delete-account.

Roulette is a game of chance. Past results do not cause future results on a fair wheel, and sample patterns can occur randomly. Roulette Ace output describes or ranks patterns in user-recorded data; it is not a promise, guarantee, professional advice, or instruction to place a bet.

We do not endorse, operate, or partner with any casino identified in the App. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable gambling laws, casino rules, device-use policies, age limits, and your own financial decisions.

Gambling can be addictive. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, stop using the App in connection with gambling and seek confidential help. U.S. support is available at NCPG help and treatment resources, and international support is available through Gambling Therapy.

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or in violation of a casino's rules;
• misrepresent App output as guaranteed or certain;
• circumvent account, subscription, integrity, rate, or security controls;
• interfere with Firebase, RevenueCat, store, or other service operations;
• upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where law expressly permits; or
• use the App or its output to violate another person's rights.

CodeCraft and its licensors own the App, website, branding, design, software, models, documentation, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on supported phones.

You retain ownership of the records you enter and an optional profile photo you select. You grant us only the rights needed to host, synchronize, secure, and provide those records and that photo to you. If you voluntarily provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App and may restrict an account that violates these Terms, threatens security, abuses services, or is required to be restricted by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or delete data, but emergency security action may occur without prior notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ALL ANALYSIS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, OR PROFITABILITY.

We do not warrant that recorded data is complete, that third-party services will remain available, that synchronization will never be delayed or conflict, or that any ranking will match a future outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODECRAFT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ROULETTE ACE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer forum or small-claims right, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive notice as required by law, and the updated effective date will appear here. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
